I love leadership. I love teaching leadership. I love learning about my own style of leadership. I love listening to the students who I work with and hearing how, in their last year of college, a leadership program provided them with a community on a campus of well over 30,000 people. Those who know me, might say that I eat, sleep and breathe leadership (which usually isn't possible) but with what I do, it is.
As I lay sick in bed today, I reflect on the "leadership" decisions I've made and how my over-zealous leadership style has taken a severe toll on my body and health. I teach time management and balance to students all of the time. Today, my leadership lesson and challenge is to live what I teach and balance mind, body and soul.
Remember to do what makes you happy and healthy.
